We chose RM Energy because each of the initial contacts was pleasant and professional. We also saw some positive ratings online and can now add our own affirmation. Throughout the process the workers were easy to communicate with and did quality work. After one year we are experiencing just what they predicted, i.e. we are no longer being charged for electricity, but only the very small amount the utility charges to be on their system. We received our tax credit this spring and very happy after one full year.
This process was very simple start to finish. All design details and cost were laid out from the beginning. The installation team was respectful, friendly, and quick. RM Energy took care of all the permits and HOA approvals. This process was so smooth – unlike a previous solar system installation experience we had. At the beginning of the year, we also received a call to remind us to claim our tax credit when filing taxes! I would definitely recommend RM Energy!

The whole process, from our initial meeting with representatives who explained the process to us, to the installation and inspection of our system has been smooth, seamless, and so convenient. Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all our questions. When you combine that with the fact that, due to the savings you’ll realize on your electric bill, the net result is that you are paying little to nothing for something that will seriously increase the value of your home, you’ll see why I say that buying a solar system is literally a “no-brainer.” Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.
